Prayers
For those still at home whose lives are miserable
Lord Jesus Christ,
you were approached by those
whose homes were wrenched by grief
by sickness, and by fear.
You came to those homes and brought peace.
Look now with compassion,
on all those who homes are miserable,
where there is discord, anger, violence,
illness, anxiety or grief.
Help us always to remember
those trapped in unhappy homes,
that through us your peace and love
may enter and restore all those
whose homes are filled with tears.
For your name’s sake. Amen.
